1. Connect & Discover

Reach out through my inquiry form and tell me a little about your plans! From there, we’ll chat through your vision, answer all your questions, and make sure we’re a good fit before you book.

2. Make It Official

Once you've decided on a package and are ready to move forward, I’ll send over everything you need to officially book! From there, you’re officially an Alyssa Dani couple — and we can start planning all the fun stuff.

3. Plan & Prepare

If your package includes an engagement session, we’ll start planning that whenever you’re ready! Then, about 1–2 months before your wedding, we’ll dive into the details of your day together and build a timeline that makes sense for you.

4. The Big Day

You get married. I’ll take care of the rest!

When the big day finally arrives, your only job is to be present and enjoy it. I’ll be there capturing all of the big moments, little moments, happy tears, questionable dance moves, and everything in between.

FAQ

WHAT'S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

I’ll send over a sneak peek album of a hundred or so photos the week after your wedding, so you won’t have to wait long to start reliving the day. Full photo galleries are delivered within 8–12 weeks, while video teaser trailers are delivered around 4 weeks and full wedding films within 14–18 weeks.

HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?

I started my photography business over seven years ago, originally photographing families, maternity sessions, and seniors before weddings became my main focus. I’m now in my sixth wedding season and have photographed well over 100 weddings, with experience in both photography and videography.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?

The number of photos you receive depends on the length and coverage of your wedding, but most 8-hour weddings receive around 800–900 edited images. Sessions typically receive 150–200 images.

HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS & VIDEOS?

Everything is delivered through an online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your photos and videos all in one place. Your gallery will remain active for one year after delivery, so be sure to download and back up your files somewhere safe! I recommend keeping at least two copies of your wedding photos and films so you'll always have them to look back on.

DO YOU TRAVEL? WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL FEES?

Absolutely! I’m based in the Youngstown, Ohio area and love getting to photograph weddings wherever your story takes you. Travel is included within 90 minutes of Youngstown, with travel fees applying beyond that. If you’re planning a destination wedding or have a location a little farther away, I LOVE to travel and would be happy to chat through the details with you!

WHAT'S YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?

My work is a mix of documentary moments and intentional portraits. I want your gallery to feel like your day — full of genuine moments, beautiful details, and photos that feel effortless. I’ll give you direction when you need it, but I’m never going to turn your wedding day into a photoshoot. My goal is to capture the way it actually felt to be there.

CAN WE ORDER PRINTS & ALBUMS?

Absolutely! Your online gallery is connected to a professional print shop where you can order prints and other products directly from your gallery. I also offer custom wedding albums as an add-on! If an album is something you’re interested in, I’ll help you choose your favorite images and design something that feels personal to your day.

CAN WE MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR COLLECTIONS?

My collections are designed to cover the things my couples tend to want most, but I’m definitely happy to make adjustments when something doesn’t quite fit your needs! For example, if you’d rather swap an engagement session for something else or make a small change to your collection, just ask. I’m happy to chat through the options and find something that works for you.
